You can enter or reenter the PingSpin by tapping on your reservation at www.pingspin.com/now starting 10 minutes before your booking and 30 minutes after. 

Please note that our security team will apply penalties for those who exceed their booked time and disregard warnings.

Nope. We've got paddles and balls ready for you in the, but if you prefer using your own equipment, feel free to bring it along. For additional details, drop an email at support@pingspin.com

Absolutely! You can bring up to 4 people, including yourself, for free. There's a small fee for extra guests, with a maximum of 6 people per table. The fee varies based on the time. If you plan to bring more people, reach out to support@pingspin.com for pricing details. (no. Of person, events, extra fee) 

Absolutely! You can order anything from our menu by tapping the drinks & snacks icon or visiting www.pingspin.com/shop. Kindly remember, we don't allow alcohol on the premises.

Currently, we don’t provide showers at our place. Due to the independent setup of our spaces, we've kept things simple. And decided not to add showers to an unsupervised setup, to avoid additional complications and potential liabilities.

OfCourse! If there's time available after your initial reservation, you can extend your playtime. Just go to your profile on www.pingspin.com/reserve  and book some more fun.
