Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free within the first 10 minutes after booking and up to 45 minutes before your reservation. You can also cancel for free if it's done 12 hours or more before your reservation starts. To cancel, just go to our website and click on the ping pong paddle icon, then hit "Cancel Reservation." If you cancel within 2 hours of your reservation, there's a small fee of $5 per hour of reserved time. You'll get a $5 rebate in the form of account credit, known as Ping Spin on your profile. This credit can be used for future purchases.

Charging fees for cancelling at the last minute encourages people to cancel early, giving others a better chance to book the available slot. It's a way to make sure everyone gets a fair shot at booking, and it encourages responsible scheduling.

If you cancel just one minute before your reservation begins, you'll still get a $5/hour discount in Ping Spin. This way, we want to motivate customers to cancel instead of not showing up, allowing others to use the space.

If you used Ping Spin for your reservation, here's how they will be refunded:

1. Within the first 10 minutes after booking: You'll get back all the Ping Spin used (up to 45 minutes into the reservation).

2. Cancelling 12 or more hours in advance: You will receive a full refund of all Ping Spin used.

3. Cancelling between 12 hours and 2 hours before the reservation: You'll get back all Ping Spin, except for a $5/hour cancellation fee.

4. Cancelling 2 hours or less before the reservation: You'll receive a refund of $5/hour worth of Ping Spin.
